Enticing sour red cherry, some hint of hay and eucalyptus, great balance on the toast and vanilla notes. On the palate, a well-balanced acidity, rounded tannins and bone dry, some dried wood and tobacco leaves. It screams food pairing and had a veggie pizza and capresse salad. Delicious!
