Library book bordeaux nose. Still super fresh red fruit palate. Lovely balance. Full of flavour but light on its feet.

Ottimo anche al naso .non ha alcuna acidità dopo

Smaken är ganska neutral och jordfattig liksom färgen men smakar inte illa på något vis. Tror det kanske passar bättre till mindre kraftfull rätt, typ kokta skaldjur.
