A little treat for us tonight. No complicated flavors to speak of, just a straight-up delicious, well balanced aged red wine from Etna--a wine region that we visited a year ago. Red fruit flavours on both nose and palate. Extra touch of rose aroma. Nice acidity and a tinge of sweet, soft, and short tannins. Definitely a more economical alternative to Burgundy.
