Etna trying to be Chablis

Absolutely brilliant! Consumed over 3 days and watched this acid packed, kaleidoscope of a wine soar from start to finish. Chablis like minerality along with searing (young) Muscadet like acidity. The wine was every bit as tight on the third day too. Lay this one down!

One of the best Etna ever. Everlasting. Savory, mineral.
