When it’s too hot, even in Alameda, to cook, and dinner ends up being a pile of prosciutto and some crumbly cheeses, you could do worse than pull this crisp and affable quaffed from your fridge. Shows those great Soave volcanic notes of textured wet stones and surges of bright acid. Truly a challenge to keep it in the glass.

Love this. Creamy lemon and lime, Granny Smith apple, white flowers,fresh herbs, and a sea salt-y finish. Beautiful palate cleansing acid... perfect match for cast iron blackened halibut.

Racy limestone minerality meet lemon pith and orchard fruit. Has a Chablis sensibility. Zippy acidity, with lemon and lime fruit. There is a sweet tart chalky fruit character too. Solid, enjoyable finish. Tart fruit is the predominant character on the palate.
