Excellent with eggplant parmigiana/roasted tomato sauce.

2020 spring. Really lovely - it has that thruline to Burgundy, but with more overt sour cherry, more baked spice and ash. It’s be fun to compare with the Passopisciaro and Alta Mora versions

Great....in 5 years. Or decant for 3 hours now. Either way, this is killer.
