Top Notes For
A pale ruby color in the glass offering delicate notes of dried flowers, tart cherries, marjoram and bitter orange. The tannins are drying and grippy but not cloying. The fruit is delicate and round with soft silky textures of bing cherry, Vassos, black currant and crushed stone. The finish is lush and soft with hints of figs, star anise, and smoke.

Very wound up and austere on the finish. Excellent acidity, fine tannins. This needs time in bottle. This will be a great bottle of wine.
