Feb 21st, 2014Nice warm CabS aromatics - black fruit, a touch of herbs, a savoury, darker undergrowth edge.
On the palate this is velvety smooth. Amazing quality of tannins - sandy, dusty fine, juicy & fresh. With layers of dark, creamy, slightly plush fruit on top. Impeccably balanced and with nice depth. A minty hint of+ a touch of vanilla & spice.
Unmistakably Tuscan yet nicely Cabernet in parallel. What a lovely wine!
