super varietal and initially lends itself to notes of plum, dark cherry, woodsmoke and poached rhubarb before unveiling some savoury nuances of bay leaf, mescal, tinge of roasted nuts and brown spice. It's effortless through the palate with a slight sappyness to it and a gentle pucker of tannin. Takes well to a chill.
