On the third day, this became rather fascinating with dark cherries, cumin, leather and spices. On the palate, this was rich and juicy with Asian spices and a super savory finish. Medium ruby, medium+ viscosity and medium minus intensity. Brett, ripe black fruit and red fruit. Feral, earthy, peppery, hefty new French oak (no American oak!), fruit tarter on palate, dry, medium acid/tannin/alcohol. Typical.
