Dry. Austere and full at the same time. Nice with smoked salmon. Stones. Apricots. Bitter balance.

Tergernseerhof, one of my favorite wacau Riesling producers. Honeysuckle goodness in a glass. Can't wait to see how this ages. 🍷🍷

A classic Reisling with a touch of residual sweetness. Lemon curd. Sweet with a sharp finish.

So amazing. Pear, tarragon, hazelnuts and perceptive tannin. Rich but invigorating. Perfect food wine.

Second take on this one

Lemon, lemon peel, some yeasty notes and that flowery touch. It's intoxicating! The palate is great and well made. A massive acid backbone, some great lemony notes all along, a great, vivid and grippy mouthfeel and a long fresh finish with lemon and lemon peel that goes for ever. This is much better than most of the German rieslings I had recently for the same price tag but in a more straight forward, citrusy way
