Deep ruby, medium at best intensity on the nose, black fruit, floral violet, rose from Touriga Franca, red fruit from Tinto Roriz, some blueberry, spices - cinnamon, stem/sawdust. Sweet, medium acidity, medium coarse/sandy/gritty tannins <- harsh/fast extraction, whole-cluster in large tank with plunger, fortified high alcohol, medium+ body. Medium- finish.

Too sweet for me. Full bodied, and nice raisin finish, but too much sweetness at the start.

Port. Dark fruit, chocolate. Solid for the price point, pairs nicely with chocolate and caramel.

It’s good , but not significantly better than their entry-level tawny... pronounced spices and sweet raisins , but high in sugar
