Taylor's is now into its 4th century & one of the oldest Port houses. It is the last totally independent company of the original British Port houses, still family owned and managed. Aged for 10 years in oak casks. Amber color with aromas of sweet dried fruits and nutty notes. On the palate sweet ripe fruit in a nutty oak wrapper, some vanilla and ending with a raisin aftertaste. Smooth, Nice value.

Dried fig and raisin all day, subtle curry powder aroma. Nice, soft, light tawny.
Purchased this baby in 2012 so can we call it 13+ year Tawny? I don't think that's how it works, something about oak casks? :P

Brick red color. Dried apricot, plum and honeysuckle nose. Medium heavy mouthfeel. Flavors of chocolate honey and raisin. Would be great with carrot cake. Cheesecake
