Fresh Spanish style nose with aromatic apple and plum blended with a herbal element. Flavors are classic Spain: hit of woodysness followed by that lovely rich fruitiness. Crisp and chewy. Some lovely rose and violet in there. Packs a lot in a nice supple package.

Plenty of rich red fruit on the nose and in the mouth. Flavors have cedar and licorice as well. Chewy and fresh. Very nice stuff. Spanish red still fresh and fine even after 10 years aging.
