Tad heavy on the phenolics but part of the reason I am starting to drink more Grenache Blanc. A touch of the hill at 6 years old but still in very good shape, screwcap probably helped a lot with this.

Very light and dry. Grapefruit flavors, tart, and crisp. Slight mineral flavor. Clean and dry finish.

Lovely golden glow in the glass. Smells nice. Pears, apples & a sweet honey-sickle aroma. Flavor is good. Crisp and zingy. A simple white. Hints of golden delicious and bartletts. Tiny bit of honey-mead. It’s a great everyday blanc. Reminds me of chenin even if it’s Grenache.

Nov 4th, 2019Beautiful color. Light lemon with a crystalline look. Smells slightly buttery. Like a fresh lemonade or lemon bar. Flavor is plenty of pears and some more butter. Smooth as f around the edges. A very drinkable CA white. Easy and smooth with decent flavor. I could go for drier and funnier though.
