Mostly dry with Tropical fruit on the nose, elegant and silky in texture, finishes with light fennel. Quite good.

Sweet fruit, with a nice creamy mouthfeel, but had that marshmallow finish would have liked that to have been milled out

Really nice Junmai Daigingo from Takasago.....has the driest taste of the inside skin of egg shells (I do realize how abstract this sounds) with a powerful finish, really taste the alcohol on this one....almost no sweetness but with a lingering floral note......great after 200 rum based fruit concoctions over the past week
