Nice creamy brioche notes. A bit sour/awkward.

By reputation this is a famous and coveted Champagne, but these days you can get comparable quality for less money. This is good, and at a lower price point I might have rated it higher, but not in the current time when lesser names are upping their game and giving the consumer better value for the money.

Very clean, straight and green apple taste from the first sip. Would love to try it again with smoked salmon and cream cheese, of course a slice of lemon besides them.
