Light gold and vibrant. Nice steady tiny bubbles. Bread basket nose. Also notes of stones, apricot, kiwi and a creamy fruity mousse. Nice balance of fruit and energy in the mouth. This is good not great. Hit the spot with a pile of carry out sushi tonight.

Light straw gold. Impactful effervescent nose with notes of bread yeast, lemon, marzipan and apricot. Vibrant in the mouth. Expands and has a long finish. Expect this will get better and more complex with a bit more age. Really good right now tho.

In comparison to L'Eclapart I would say the difference here is the foam, perlage, the brioche touch, more as an aperitive
