Medium heavy, fruity and bold. Great tannins balance the fruit. A classic Cabernet, apparently from the same people that brought us Caymus.

Sweeter than I prefer, juicy, big fruit, vanilla, heavy oak treatment but not a 2x4. Pleasantly surprised with this. Plush mouth feel.

Very good with grilled steaks

Aeriate for better taste. Its subtle at first with a nice rich finish. We're not drinking it with food, but a creamy cheese would work well.
