Peach blossom, floral, almost honeyed, gardenias, medium bodied, round(malo), medium acid. Really nice. Lower acid is acceptable for me since they dry farm and I would imagine, don’t add acid.

Oct 8th, 2022This is a slightly different blend than the Cote de Tables Blanc, and I have to say I think I like this one slightly better. Heavier on the grenache blanc, it had a delicious crispness in addition to the tropical fruit notes. Will be buying again!
