Drink it now. Has gone from coarse and disjointed when young, to tannic 2 yrs ago, to smooth and delicious now.

A bit of Brett on open that mostly blew off after an hour decant. Revealed rich fruit and great acid. By dinner was great and got better as the night went on. All thought it was a Beaucastel and said if it was Tablas cheers to them. Decant for sure.

Tablas Creek vertical. Absolutely fantastic. Horse saddle and spice. Rustic but super complex and balanced. Great stuff.
