Esprit de Beaucastel Blanc Paso Robles Roussanne Blend

Delish with yams dressing and all things Thanksgivinf

Started off as two different wines in the same bottle- Roussanne on the front end and Grenache Blanc on the finish. After a couple hours, it knit together into a beautiful, Rhonish, savory song of a wine.

Aging beautifully. Baked apple, cinnamon, jasmine. Voluptuous texture with enough cut to keep it lively. Perfect wine for the first days of Fall.

Stunning, complex white Rhône blend: creamy and rich, with tropical fruits, and a teasingly spicy finish.

Pretty citrus, lemon curd, chalky limestone, good texture., though a bit lean - lots of neutral oak/stainless??? Killer with white wine shrimp pasta.

Oxidated notes and slightly off balance at first but air brought it together.

Haven't had many better white wines. Opened up after about 20 min. Great mouthfeel. A food wine for sure. Wonderful

2010 vintage. Really nice. Lush with some bite. Would be fascinating to taste it in 5 years. One left.

Wnderful white for mild cheeses.
