Gotta let these rest for a bit - this one is just starting to be its best self. Rich, honeyed complexity without being cloying or overly soft. Nice.

Moderate golden hue. Honey, baked apple, lemon curd, ginger, and some oxidative notes on the nose with a crisp, acid driven palate and mineral finish. Blend of 62% Roussane, 26% Grenache Blanc, and 12% Picpoul Blanc propagated from budwood cuttings from the Château de Beaucastel estate. Consumed from a 375 mL, this is at the end of its aging curve in this format.

Red apple, honey, orange zest; acid holding up well; live TC's whites for how well they age, arguably best producer of Rhone white wine in US today

smooth & drinkable, no sharp edges but not as interesting as I thought it should be either
