Red and blue fruits with a touch of black pepper and other spices. Drinking very well right now with everything in the proper place. The Perrin family have been doing such a great job at Tablas Creek.

This is the esprit de Tablas blend with a shot of Tannat for extra strength. Delicious and bright blend.

2011 Vintage. Inky violet color with very appealing mixed black and red fruits mingled with roast meat and dark cacao aromas. On the palate it full-bodied, with a wonderfully supple texture, supported by dusty well integrated tannins, and lively acidity with blackberry, black currant, black cherry, a hint of blueberry, vanilla, and dark chocolate flavors rounded out by a very nice minerality. Long finish. 13.9% alcohol

Blend of four estate-grown varietals which combines the fruit, approachability and lushness of Grenache, the structure, earth, and mid-palate richness of Mourvèdre, the dark color and minerality of Syrah, and the dark smokiness of Tannat.

American Rhone classic. GMSCT blend. Grenache, Mourvedre, Syrah, Counoise, Tannat - each one displays its well played part in the blend. A pure mastery of winemaking. 100% estate fruit, dry farmed, organically, on West Paso limestone, strained to plump perfection on vine. There is an evolution of flavors on this wine that last throughout its long finish.
