Ruby-red. Pungent, smoke-tinged red berry preserve and floral aromas are energized by a mineral flourish and a spicy suggestion of white pepper. Juicy and broad on the palate, offering sweet cherry and raspberry flavors that convey an appealing blend of depth and energy. Closes smooth, spicy and subtly tannic, displaying even tannins, a touch of lavender and strong persistence. (Josh Raynolds, Vinous, December 2020)

Riper red fruits than the Lirac, seems a bit riper, Syrah adds nice depth and complexity, as well as structure, medium-long finish, very nice!

This Grenache blend is balanced and has full fruit flavors. Tannins are present and could use a year or two to round out in flavor.

Cinnamon, baking spices, vanilla, floral, herbal, burnt citrus fruits on the nose. Tart red fruits like raspberry and whiskey cherry on the palate. Light body, smooth tannins, medium acidity. Overall nice from start to finish.
