A single-varietal Counoise doesn't come along too often. Red fruits, smoke, spices, but quite light-bodies.

Light but spicy, feel like it would go great with a cheese plate!

Light red wine similar to Pinot Noir but lacking the fruit and far more acidic in the finish. It went well with pizza. I was curious to taste this unusual Counoise varietal, but it is not a wine I would purchase again.

Sweet spices, bramble berry fruit & good acidity.

Really enjoyed this one. Earthy, leathery, yet fresh and with good acidic backbone, opposite ends of the spectrum.

A new Rhône varietal I’ve discovered, tasted and loved. Dark-skinned grape grown in Paso Robles appellation. Light body with low tannin and good acidity, aromas of toasted nuts, pepper, bright red fruits. On the palate it’s full of ripe strawberries and spice.
