Relatively light color which shows some orange bricking on its edge, simple and light red cherry fruit on the palate, some heat (14.5% ABV) in the medium finish, another disappointing single varietal red from Tablas Creek (and label says it can be drunk up to 10 years from vintage, so 2031?!?!).

This was some great Grenache! In fact, this, to me, is just how a single-varietal bottling of this grape should taste. In spite of the moderate bottle age, there was a lot of freshness in it, and some great red fruit flavors as well. Very well done! 100% Grenache. 5/12/25.

A very delicious wine with bright red fruit flavors. Good mid palate, it has a long finish that beckons another sip. Would go well with chicken and salmon.
