This bottle was probably better 12 months ago. There’s a firm backbone but the fruit is starting to show dried apple. Still great with buffala mozzarella and cherry tomatoes.

Jun 18th, 2018Salty, minerally, very minerally. Lemon curd rounds out the finish. Little almond on the nose. This is very interesting as it builds on the palate. The more you drink the flavors you’ll pick out. Ever evolving.
