very nice pairing mit Jaegerschnitzel and spatzle. A medium-weight gris with pleasant floral and fruit hints.

Sweet corn and citrus notes with flavors of Meyer lemon and pepper. Pretty cool.

The cork crumbled upon opening bottle which is never a good sign. Wine had indeed "turned". Liquor store manager not to pleased but took it back. Bought Santa Marguerita which is always a reliable saint.

2012 Szöke Mátyás es Zoltán Pinot Gris. Hungary (Matra Hills). Pale gold. Flowery and beguiling nose. Sweet up front but the acid comes in on the back end. Food friendly. I would buy this again.

Smells like a Riesling, tastes more like a Sauvignon Blanc. Still floral though. Very aromatic.

Good minerality. Dry but a little fruit forward. Had at Ara On in Chicago.
