Easily, the most beguiling bottle of young Nuits I’ve had. Dense with fresh fruit and fine, present structure. 2015 reds impress again, and with the pedigree of Cathiard, this bottle really blew me away, it went from elegant and pretty into something more wild and feral, before coming back again.

Initially heavy on the tart cherry and cola flavors. Over an hour, the acidity mellowed and this became fuller

It’s all about the producer & Cathiard is one of the best. Bright, crunchy, black cherry fruits with soaring baking spices. This 05 village is drinking beautifully!

Beautiful aroma evolves once opened. Its perfumey scent of flowers and fruits lingers on the nose. Clean and precise taste of fruit is balanced with refreshing acidity. Tannins are silky on the palette.

2009 vintage. Medium ruby hue. Black fruit, spicy (nutmeg, pepper), slight smoky, a touch closed. Quite primary and secondary. On the palate, medium minus soft tannins. Medium acidity. Medium acidity concentration. Medium finish. Too young.

A little on the tannic side for a Pinot. Muscular. Found 2010 more delicate.

Very elegant. Velvety fruit. Medium acidity. Medium body. Length medium+. Very expressive. I think it will improve over time.

酸味やや強いバランスだが、全般的に繊細。時間とともに果実味とスパイシーさも。
