Gorgeous wine! Changed so much in the decanter. At first dark with cola like aromas and then becomes so much more elegant, feminine and spice and floral driven. Very Vosne like which is just what I want from NSG 😅

Sunday cleanup.

Great nose high acidity

Opening. Beautifully expressive with classic northern NSG class and florals.

Baby fat has shed, secondary funk is explosive!!

Barrel sample. Delicious. Tannin, fruit and aromatics all there

Still quite young. Took about an hour for the vineyard character to take the lead from the winemaker’s signature. Both modes delicious, but the latter is really the distinction one looks for in Burgundy.
