2 people found it helpfulFeb 19th, 2015Ruby in color with a wide, light reddish rim and medium intensity.
Fruity nose of blackberries, plums, oak, vanilla, licorice, metals, sage, red candy and light black pepper.
Medium plus in body with medium acidity and nice legs.
Dry and fruity on the palate with plums, cherries, strawberries, currants, vanilla, licorice, earth, peppercorn, leather, smoke, chocolates, green herbs and spices.
Medium finish with soft tannins and spices.
A very simple Cabernet Sauvignon from California. Drinkable, but nothing special.
A good party wine, but a bit bitter at the ending. Good right out of the bottle, and evolved some in the glass. From a magnum.
13.5% alcohol by volume.

Jan 4th, 2013Pleasantly surprised with this table wine. A little sour at the end, but it's not overwhelming. Not bad.
