However, this is not a wine for everyone, as there is pronounced acidity. That said, it is downright delicious, great concentration with fresh pear, jasmine and orange blossom notes. As mentioned, it does have a healthy dose of acidity, and dry dry dry.

Nice dry Riesling nose with a dry, but complex medium body and a fairly long aftertaste. I like it, but my wife finds it too dry and acidic. It did not go well with spicy chicken, but for me it went well with a soy/garlic chicken.
