@Delectable Wine - This is the Halbtrocken. Color looks like permafrost-preserved wooly mammoth piss. In a good way. Unique style to say the least. Nose has loads of tart green apple, a sprightly herbal note, and pungent crushed stone. Very dry for a Halbrtrocken. Zingy acids and a flume of minerality. Amazingly youthful.
