Leather and cocoa. Big supple black fruit. Yummmm. Devouring creamy hearty pasta with this big boy. My fave of the Switchback offerings. Love!

Another great last minute gathering at the storage facility!

Corked. 😢 A maple, syrupy, wet sock nose and a palate that tasted of basically nothing. Bummer. Love their wines.

I know this sounds crazy.... I get a wet dog (in an affectionate sense) with a leather finish. Of course, this is our 20th bottle tarting so I could be impaired 😜🍷

2005. Still going strong. Deep fruit. Solid wine. Could see this go 5-10 years.

Fantastic wine

More fruity and jammy. Yum.

Full body, black cherry, a hint of coffee, and a bit of tobacco on the palate. The nose reminiscent of black licorice, dark berries and a hint of oak. Yum! Though I would let it sit a bit in the glass as it comes across a bit cool in the nose die to alcohol content. Still delish for me!

Full bodied. Black fruit. Lots of sediment.
