Mind altering muscadet with oak and malo! Long textured mid palate with an almond finish, so good!

Woah! There's a ton going on here, and I love it! Absolutely wild! Very lengthy and opinionated finish. The texture is a treatise on contrasts. A glass is not enough to fully grasp what this wine is trying to say. The palate begins with citrus and brine, quickly turning to brown apple and almonds. Finishes with yeast and toast.

Many thanks to the folks at Brushland Eating House for having this on their menu! Crisp, refreshing, and savory with beautiful nose& really interesting flavor profile: grapefruit, melon, and perfect amount of salinity. Probably one of best wines I’ve tasted.
