Delicious expression of an off dry American Gewurtztraminer. Surprised to see in some of the tasting notes that others thought this wine was sweet. As a fan of Alsatian and German dry, white Rieslings, Gewurtztraminers, Pinot Blanc, etc. I found this wine to be neutral plus on the palette and wonderful as an aperitif. Not sweet yet not too dry. This is a very balanced wine. It is the perfect pre-dinner selection as we wait out Hurricane Matthew.

Smells sweet and white peachy. Flavors are smooth and fruit driven. Little streak of smoke. A bit of applets and cotlets on the finish. Enough action to hold some interest but nothing special.
