Reserve Calistoga Cabernet Sauvignon

Medium bodied wine, cool flavor. Goes well with fish and beef. I had braised lamb, she had lobster.

Fine Calistoga cabernet . Eucalyptus in the nose. Plum and currant in the palate. Smooth tannins in long finish. Excellent!

Nice blend of Calistoga Vineyard fruit!! Happy 4th!!

I think this is at peak. A great time to pop and pour this one. The nose is blackberry, herb and chocolate. The entry is blackberry and espresso. Middle has way more black fruit structure than I expected but thins out. Finishes with mild pepper notes, roasted black fruit and stiffer tannin vs a bottle of their Charbono for sure!

Velvety, blackberry notes, not too bold and spicy at finish. Smooth.

Plum and slight cedar on the nose. Medium-bodied with dark fruits and plenty of earth.

Deep deep red but subtle!! A lot of character!

Drank in the trailer during Congress. It was really good. Tasted like it cost a lot more than it did. Bought at Specs.
