Reserve Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon

Lovely 2014 cab!

Holding up well.

Performed well tonight.

Haven’t had one of these for awhile. It was worth the wait as time has softened the experience.

Hmmm. Not sure what to think. Just an all around nice wine but nothing too special. Quite spicy, peppery notes, well integrated tannins. Nothing too oaky (always a concern with Napa Valley wines) but lacking depth and intrigue.

At home in Anaheim Hills enjoying this wine with take away chicken from Panini.

Tasting better than I remember previous bottles.

A little thin but good drinker

Cabernet Sauvignon is not usually a red I enjoy, but I would DEFINITELY buy this wine again. Very smooth flavor, enjoyable to sip.
