Monte Carbonare Garganega
Now we're talking. This is the shit. Serious Garganega from the Veneto that I'd love to see people approach this blind. Super floral, earthy/slightly truffled, hay/honey, mineral, like that of a river bed, preserved lemon, white peach, candied pineapple. Glossy like texture, with serious backing of acidity and slightly salty. Lees at play here I'm sure, but I doubt any battonage. Length is so subtle, yet so lengthy too.
