Suavia
Massifiti Trebbiano di Soave
Retailed for $36 but I got on close out for $24 which is where it should be priced: not as much density & minerality as other Turbiano I’ve had, but this was tasty: dark straw w/goldish hue, big nose of nectarine & white peach, very floral w/poached pear & stones, lanolin on palate. Acidity little spritzy as well as finish. Would like to see more balance & harmony - believe this has more time & should be consumed at cellar temp.

Jul 22nd, 2022After snow in the US it’s great to be back in the UK with not a cloud in the sky and temps around 15 Celsius. Pretty much right down the middle on this guy. Does have more depth than most but pretty average.
