Outstanding! Fresh Strawberries nose with whiff of vanilla. Balance and fantastic back bone. Tart red berry front, savoury herbaceous, baseball mitt leather and dryness of cool tannins with mild vanilla-smoke💥! Awesome highly recommend 🤯🍷

So we are having steak tonight so I was asked to grab a bottle of wine to pair with it. Must say that it’s showing exceptionally well after lying down for a while in the cellar.

Dark maraschino Cherry nose.
Velvety mouth feel with sumptuous Cherry front, rich berry to graphite middle and end as oak smoke...this was a bit over bearing at first and became tamer with time.

Nice local rec we got to taste with salmon

Cab/merlot etc blend. Dark fruit with rich velvety tannins. Another great example of a top Canadian wine made an hour outside of Toronto. Happy 15O Canada. 90+
