‘07 in ‘20. Think this bottle got a touch extra air. Cork was too soft and crumbly. Roses, honey, hazelnuts, cashews.

I don’t bottle shot like I used to but hot damn was this beauty ever worth one. Will make you rethink gewurtz and the ageability of cali whites. So racy and alive. A stunner. (Bonus sentimentality for birth year).
