Las Piedras Vineyard No. 1 Cabernet Sauvignon

Disgracefully opulent on the nose. Everything revolves around Christmas cake, cinnamon and fudge.
Palette is pristine. All of the components are aligned. Tannins, acid, fruit - sublime. I'm getting a big one on this. You do the math!

So a tasting of all of the Fairchild and Stones 2016 wines with Larry and Jacquelyn. Amazing!!! Thanks to you both.

Dark, well rounded and very smooth on the finish.

This is a wonderful wine. Lots of black fruit followed by cedar with an overtone of floral. I can't wait to try this in another 5 years.

2011 what???? Wow. From the nose to the finish this is a phenomenal wine.

A perfect selection for Stella storm 2017. Yet another supremely made 2011 drinking very well right now
