Go To IPA

Pretty decent IPA. Certainly the name "Go To IPA" is somewhat presumptive given there are so many great beers of a similar ilk out there right now, but, in a pinch, I'd be happy to Go To this one.

IPA clàssica de la costa oest, però feta a la fàbrica de Berlín. Baixa graduació <5°%, no molt lupolada, però bona.

My ballpark beer rotation continues . Citrus,hoppy and a touch bitter. Would be less bitter if the Mets were not down 2-0 and Colorado still batting in the first.

I cannot believe I forgot to review this, had this so many times, maybe I did review it, just do not see the post, anyway, this is Stone's session IPA, what that means is, it is a lighter version of a IPA, most have 6-7 % alc/vol, this 4.5%, they use a hop bursting process, adding late addition dry hope at the end, big tropical notes and flavor, mango, passion fruit, pineapple, excellent beer, when you do not want to be blown away, but still want a hoppy fruity IPA

Zippy without knocking you on your ass.

While I am a fan of stone and their IPA this was bit one of my favorites. A bit too hoppy for my likes but I finished the bottle.

Outstanding!!!! How do they do it? The best session IPA I ever had, yeah I am a little, very little bias, because I am Stone Head, but this truly amazing, new process put it the hops at the end of the brew, and it seems like more than it is, 4.5 % Alc??? Yeah, but big bold hops, big grapefruit and peach, mango, pineapple, Wow!!!

A lovely malt profile, but the overwhelming bitterness smothers the complexity of the malt and flavor-hops

A lighter IPA from Stone. Still has a lot of IPA quality without the kick. It's really bright and bitter.

Juicy. Salty. Pith.
