Bright garnet color. Aromas of black raspberry and blueberry fruit and pepper spice. Same fruits on the palate with an additional note of dried cranberry, smoke and a hefty dose of minerals on the very earthy finish. The “tingle” of carbonic maceration is quite noticeable as well as the crisp acidity. Light bodied, fresh and bright. 12.5% ABV. Can certainly be served chilled.
