Estate Grown Ballard Canyon Roussanne

Really lovely. No filtration, gentle skin contact resulting in depth, concentration and freshness. Apricot, ginger, lemon curd, hazelnuts and fresh butter. Outstanding.

Chamomile, dry cider, Fino, hazelnuts and sea salt. More skin contact, less new oak this year. Hermitage-like. Ridiculous. #roussanne #stolpmanvineyards

This was actually quite a treat. Surprising butter notes on the finish.

This was definitely more buttery than I expected... I was hoping for something more refreshing from a Roussanne... first wine I’ve tried from Stolpman... it had acidity, but too much oak and butter for me.

Very young. Has plenty of fruit to go around. Honey on the nose. Yummy on the palate
