Pretty nose, with subtle berry/cherry, licorice, flowers, a bit of dried herbs with a hint of a dairy character. Cherry licorice, cranberry, a little spice and medium-minus tannin on the palate. Great food wine.

I absolutely love the versatility of this wine. It's difficult to find a pairing that doesn't go with this wine. Paired excellently with Cajun lemon pepper roasted chicken and truffled grilled asparagus.
