Pale salmon in color.
Nose of citrus, limes, strawberries, cherries, spices, minerals, lemons and peaches.
Medium bodied with medium plus acidity. Crisp and refreshing.
Dry on the palate with sour cherries, unripe raspberries, earth, limes, lemons, light grapefruits, river rocks, green apples and herbs.
Tangy finish with limes and white pepper.
This is a nice Rosé from Williamette Valley in Oregon. Tangy and interesting. Spicy and easy drinking.
Fruity, with a touch of Provence, especially on the palate. Gets earthier as it opens up with more vegetable notes and herbs.
Will pair nicely with food, but good by itself as well.
I paired it with a nice weather day, by the beach.
