A pet nat albarino from Santa Ynez. Light straw in color with hints of honey, lime, and pineapple on the nose. Great balance of fruit with a slight effervescence of bubbles. Tangerine, pineapple, citrus and green vegetables on the palate. Complex, balanced, and tasty.
